Collection: Shipping

***update! Starting May 6th, 2023 we will be adjusting shipping and handling costs for the Summer. These may fluctuate depending on the temperature trends. We recommend purchasing in bulk to decrease the amount of times you are having to pay these increases shipping costs. ALL ITEMS ARE PACKAGED TO BE PLACED DIRECTLY INTO THE FREEZER AND WILL LAST UP TO 3 MONTHS. 

The items in this listing are able to be shipped. If you get to checkout and your cart says that shipping is unavailable, it means that you have accidently selected an item that we cannot ship. 

We ship all items with UPS because they must be left at your door and cannot sit at a post office. Our calculated shipping costs include your UPS label, insulators, ice packs, and Styrofoam shipper boxes when necessary. We understand that this can result in high shipping costs but please know that we do not make any profit off of shipping costs. 

We send out orders on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Cut off for shipping orders is Friday night at midnight. If you place a shipping order on Saturday or Sunday, we will try to get it shipped as soon as possible but be aware that it could be pushed back to the following week depending on order volume. Note that this could result in a 8- or 9-day processing time in some situations.  

We use insulators and ice blocks for all items to keep them cold/frozen during transport to help prevent damage. Items are either vacuum sealed or placed in a sealed hard container. Baked goods without frosting are stable at room temperature and will not "spoil" if they arrive room temperature.

 *Because some of our bakery items are perishable and will be ruined by heat during transport, we will turn off shipping on certain items during Summer months. 

Some items such as iced cupcake and whole cakes are unable to be shipped.
