Where to Start?

Ok, so where to start? 

Our website and menu can be a little overwhelming if you're new here. It's ok, we're going to walk you through it and if all else fails, just give us a call. 


At the top of the home screen there is simply a button that says "menu"

Under the main heading there are buttons for the different kinds of specialty foods that we make. 

Also, in the main menu there is a button for "nutrition info". As expected, you can find complete nutritional information and ingredient lists for everything on the menu.

2) What does THAT mean?!?

*NOTE - all of our menu items are Gluten-Free and Sugar-Free. We are a dedicated gluten-free bakery and bake with almond flour, coconut flour, and lupin flour. ALL ITEMS ARE CELIAC SAFE*

KETO- the term "Keto" is short for Ketogenic and simply means that a product is overall very low carb usually with whole and minimal ingredients. KETO DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN GLUTEN FREE! OUR keto items are ALWAYS gluten free and sugar free. We sweeten them with erythritol and allulose. This combination of ingredients gives us the lowest net carbs thus making them Keto friendly. 

PALEO - the Paleo diet is similar to Keto but is also non-dairy. In addition, people that eat Paleo do not typically eat legumes like peanuts. Some menu items are already paleo friendly like the bundt cakes but most of our menu can be made dairy free on request. 

VEGAN - We currently offer vegan chocolate cake, cupcakes, and buckeyes. We can make vegan items with real sugar on request, but the standard listings are gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, and egg free. 

3) I'm ready to order!

There are two options for ordering. The main question is, are you local and wanting to pick up your order from the bakery or are you needing your order shipped? Please note that we do not currently offer delivery. 

On the homepage of the website, you'll see two buttons side by side that say, "preorder for pickup" and "shippable desserts", pick one :)

*Items are sorted by their ability to be shipped or not. If an item isn't shippable, like cupcakes for example, it won't be listed under the Shippable menu. 

4) Things to keep in mind

Pickup orders can be ready in a day or two but if you need your order on a specific day just send us a message or call. We are typically able to accommodate fast turn arounds in a pinch.

Shipping orders typically get sent out on Mondays and Tuesdays. We use UPS ground shipping. In the Summer we will adjust our shipping costs to cover 2-day shipping to areas that are hot or further away from Ohio. We know that shipping is expensive, but we can't have items getting ruined due to long ship times. It's a headache for everyone involved.
